The Brookhill Residences are located at the Whiteface Club on beautiful Lake Placid Lake. The Whiteface Club has a coveted expanse of lakefront with boat rentals, clay tennis courts, two restaurants, miles of hiking trails, and an 18 hole golf course. In the winter months the golf course is groomed for cross-country skiing and accesses the wilderness cross-country network known as the "Jack Rabbit Trail". The Brookhill property is close to the downtown area of Lake Placid Village where the boutique shops and a wide selection of restaurants are located.

Unit 31 is recently refurnished, with hardwood floors throughout and an open floor plan.
