Enjoy the modest luxury of The Geneva, a cozy efficiency cottage set amongst the trees. You will enjoy privacy and serenity in this newly decorated hideaway. The chalet is on the second floor and is accessed by stairs. (The lower level is storage only.) Our newest chalet gives you the same quality and attention to detail as our larger chalets, yet fits the smaller budget.

This Chalet has one fairly large bedroom with a queen size bed, one bath with tub and shower, a living room and small but completely equipped kitchen. The bedroom has sliding glass doors, leading out onto a covered porch where you can relax in the 2 deck chairs or sit at the bistro table, sipping your morning coffee and taking in the mountain air.
We offer every convenience of home. Our full service kitchen includes full size refrigerator, four-burner apartment sized stove with oven, microwave, coffee brewer, toaster, service for four and a full complement of herbs and spices.
All linens and towels are provided. We have everything you need to make your stay comfortable in your home away from home. This vacation rental chalet is pet friendly and located just minutes from downtown Asheville's arts and crafts shopping and restaurants.
