Property Information
This is a charming three bedroom, two full bathroom home located on the east side of Keuka Lake. New construction in 2004.
The home sits directly lakeside, just 7 miles from Penn Yan. The natural pebble beach is wonderful with a gradual drop off and crystal clear water along 60 feet (120 with 718A) of level shallow lakefront. Great for kids of all ages. Long dock is great for swimming or fishing, and provides space for your boat. A canoe and four-person paddle boat enhance your lake experience. Outside shower! Awesome bonfire pit for you to enjoy radiant sunsets and calm nights on the lake.
Come and enjoy the breathtaking views from the large lakeside stamped concrete patio (25x35 ft). The perfect place to enjoy grill cooking, outdoor meals on the upscale patio furniture, and relaxing on the chaise lounges and porch swing. There is usually excellent fishing off of the patio and dock!

The first floor consists of beautiful ceramic tile flooring throughout. It features a new kitchen with 7 windows overlooking the lake! Thirty feet of corian counter top - maple cabinets - and stainless appliance kitchen. Kitchen complete with dishwasher, many small convenient appliances, and breakfast nook.
The dinning table overlooks the lake, with access to the deck through the six foot glass doors. This open first floor plan flows through the kitchen and dinning areas into the living room with TV/DVD/Satellite and inviting leather sectional sleeper furniture. The state of the art front loading washer / dryer laundry room is conveniently located also. The downstairs includes a charming full bathroom with a large shower stall with 2 built in benches.
A mennonite crafted hardwood staircase leads you to the second floor where you find the lead glass "tulip" window and wall to wall hardwood floors.
The master bedroom overlooking the lake contains an eight foot window with large arching peak and the northern wall contains a six foot wide window both creating a panoramic view of the lake. An inviting king size Select Comfort Mattress and access to the master bathroom offer the comforts of home.
The lakeside second bedroom consists of a new king bed and beautiful views through the six feet of windows! Charming bedroom number three has a new queen size bed. The cool night breeze and calming sound of the water splashing on the shore will probably win over the air conditiong! The upstairs bathroom is accessible through the hallway and / or through the master bedroom (includes large tub and shower). All bedrooms have ample closet space.
