Located only one half mile from the public boat launch and just minutes from Naples and area skiing, Summersong is an ideal vacation home for boating enthusiasts, wine country tourists, and skiers alike.
In the Summer, Summersong has breath-taking sunsets and some of the best scenic views of Honeoye Lake. Large walleyed pike, bass, perch, and sunfish can be caught right off the dock. Immediate waters are a favorite fishing spot.
In the winter, put your feet up by the cozy fireplace or warm up in outdoor hot tub after a long day of skiing, ice-fishing, or snowmobiling.
This spacious and charming six bedroom cape cod offers abundant accommodations for a large family or small group of friends wishing to vacation in a high quality tastefully decorated home.
Enter from the rear of the home into a small coat room. Directly through the coat room is the main living area, which features an open layout and large windows and glass French doors accentuating the exceptional view. The sunken dining room features a beautiful dining table with seating for eight and French doors that lead to the deck and hot tub.
The dining room opens to the living room where the satellite television and DVD player are nestled into elegant cherry wood bookcase and fireplace surround.
The kitchen faces the lake and has beautiful cabinets with a cherry finish, modern appliances, and is well-equipped. It features a large island with bar seating for four people. The picture window has a built-in bench seat which overlooks the lake.
Also located on the first floor are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and large closets. A full bathroom with shower/tub combo is located between them.
The second floor offers additional sleeping accommodations. At the top of the stairs to the left is a family room with lake view, satellite television, DVD player, and double futon. The full bathroom is located between the hallway and family room, and features a shower and separate Jacuzzi bathtub.
The hallway leads to three bedrooms, One of the bedrooms has a single bed, makeup table, and closet. The bedroom to the south has a double/single bunk set, closet, and children’s bench. The large master bedroom features a king-sized bed, satellite television with DVD player, large closets, and sitting area overlooking the lake. The knotty pine ceiling adds to the charm.
Summersong is located on a quiet, private street with plenty of parking available. The front yard slopes gently to the all natural waterfront. There is a large outdoor grill, fire pit, large picnic tables, and an array of lawn furniture.
