Property Information
Elegant 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home located just south of Canandaigua. Charming décor, spacious enclosed and screen porches, large great room facing the lake, private tennis court, and private lakefront with dock.
Situated across the road from the waterfront on a large, gently sloping lot, this home features two levels of living space. Enter from the side enclosed porch into the large country kitchen. Off to the left is a laundry room, three bedrooms, and a full bathroom (shower/tub combo). On the other side of the eat in kitchen is the dining table, a spacious great room with wood fireplace, and a master bedroom with private full bathroom (shower/tub combo).
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms. A full bathroom with shower is located down the hall near the top of the stairs.
Across the parking area is a full size tennis court, which is gated and fenced for your privacy.
Located just across the road is a short set of stairs that lead to the private waterfront access. There is a picnic table and chairs available for lounging, as well as a temporary dock to moor your boat.
