The cottage sits on the water’s edge and has a gorgeous view of Keuka Lake. It has been newly renovated with a new bathroom, bedding, carpeting, windows, deck furniture, knotty pine wood walls and ceilings, appliances, and much more. The french doors in the living room open to a glass enclosed porch where guests can enjoy a beautiful sunset.
Parking can accommodate vehicles with Boat trailers. Bring your boat and use the 4000lb. boat lift that will accommodate a 16’ to a 22’ boat. A wave runner lift is also available. If you’re short of toys, a swim raft and a canoe with a built in ice chest are supplied for your enjoyment.
