Privacy and superior lake views can be enjoyed from this original, early 1900s lake cottage. Located on a large, wooded lot, the cottage has parking for 3 cars, and a level walk to the steps of the porch. The porch is covered, with a magnificent lake view and plenty of patio furniture.
Enter from the porch directly into an open living and dining room. Moderately appointed, with cable TV, comfortable furnishings, and a dining table that seats 6. The kitchen has original cabinets, a refrigerator, a cooking stove, and a large sink. Off the living room is a bedroom with 2 single beds, and an attached full bath which was completely remodeled in 2004.
The second floor features four spacious bedrooms, and an additional, recently updated full bathroom.
The waterfront is exceptional, with almost 200 feet of natural lakefront. The gradual depth of the water makes for excellent swimming, and a dock is available for mooring your boat or fishing. The landscaped, tiered stone wall leads to a level lawn above the lakefront, which is a perfect location for family barbecues.
