Enchanted Cottage is located one mile from downtown Honeoye! This cottage is immaculately maintained and features several amenities for guests at an affordable rate.
Parking is conveniently located just outside the kitchen door, making packing and unpacking the car a breeze. Enter to the galley style kitchen with new appliances. Next is the open, nautical themed living area with sliding glass doors to the wrap around deck and large, lakeview windows. The dining table provides seating for six, with a beautiful view of Honeoye Lake. The living area also features a comfortable denim queen sleeper sofa, television with dvd and vcr, two ceiling fans, and a small desk for writing postcards or working on your computer.
Two bedrooms and a bathroom are located off the living area. The first bedroom offers a lake view, and features a single bunk bed, window air conditioner, and dreamy yellow and blue color theme. The second bedroom, also with window air conditioner, is decorated in a sunny yellow color with bright summer accents. A television is included in this room, as well as a small vanity table for writing or putting on your makeup. The full bathroom with shower/tub combo is located at the back of the home, just outside of the two bedrooms.
The spacious deck off the front of the cottage has excellent lake views and patio furniture for enjoying outdoor meals. Between the cottage and the lakefront is a small cottage set slightly to the north, and a gravel path leading to the steps to the waterfront. Over 50 feet of lakefront is shared with the other two cottages on the drive, and each cottage has its own dock section for mooring a boat.
** Renters have use of one section of the dock, right behind the pontoon boat farthest from the staircase. There are bumpers and about 20 ft. in which you can tie a boat.
