Vacation Rental Description
"Winey Duck" is tucked away on a quiet street on the west side of Seneca Lake. There is a level, partly-shaded back lawn to enjoy behind the home, with access to the house from the side porch.
Enter the newly renovated dining room, which comes complete with a woodburning stove and large bay window. Also newly redone is the kitchen, which opens to the dining room, as well as the living room. Located off of the living room are a full bathroom and a utility room, with washer and dryer.
Just nine stairs up from the living room, you will find two large lakeside bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom provides a king size bed, a television and dvd player. The second upstairs bedroom is large and spaciously accomodates a queen size bed and a comfortable futon chair.
Four stairs down from the living area, you will first come to another full bathroom. A third bedroom with queen size bed is located lakeside, and the fourth bedroom provides a twin/double bunk bed, and plenty of shelves for the kid's games, books, and toys. A sitting room with queen size futon and bay window gives you plenty of space to sit and watch the lake.
Located off of the sitting room is a deck with covered walkway that wraps along the side of the house and leads to the back yard. There is a retractable awning for sun or shade! Stairs also lead down from the deck to the level lawn with both breakwall and natural, gradual entry to the water. A 50 foot permanent dock is also available for your use with this property.
This home is charming and well appointed with new furnishings. The bedrooms each have interesting themes and feels, a lot of thought and effort have gone into making this your ideal vacation location!
Lake's End, located at 1280 Arrowhead Beach, is just one house away. This home can also be rented to provide you with an additional three bedrooms.
