Downtime is a relaxing cottage located on the Eastern side of Conesus Lake. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway, which leads right to the back door for easy unpacking. The rear entry door takes you to the fully-stocked kitchen and separate dining room. A spacious deck is located off the living room, providing a relaxing place for your group to enjoy the summer days.
This home offers three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double bed, and one with two single beds. The full bathroom with tub/shower and separate utility room with washer and dryer provide all of the conveniences of home.
A patio area with picnic table is located off the back of the home, and it overlooks large, grassy lawn with plenty of shade trees. The kids will have lots of room to run and play games. Across the road is the shared lake front with dock, and guests will certainly want to make use of the canoe and paddleboat.
There is plenty to do in the area, and Rochester is a short 30-minute drive away. Six miles up East Lake Road is the town of Livonia, and here you will find choices to dine, shop, and entertain the kids. Additional dining is located around the lake, and the quaint village of Geneseo is also a short drive away. If you’re looking to do some exploring, you’ll want to check out the nature preserve at the southern end of the lake, where a pair of eagles can be spotted.
For those of you with larger groups, Eagle View (see FindRentals.com #24566), which sleeps six, is located directly across the road.
