Large side yard and over 100 ft. of lakefront with gradual water depth make this property ideal for families with children. The two story contemporary home is well designed, features three bedrooms, and sleeps a maximum of six guests.
The large decks on both sides of the house offer plenty of outdoor living space and an excellent lake view. A sunken hot tub and large hammock are located on the north deck.
An enclosed, three seasons porch between the two decks creates a small dining room or a second living room, and features an excellent lake view from the full size windows.
There is a large, open living room located in the center of the home, with vaulted ceilings, huge stone fireplace, and sectional sofa. Two bedrooms off the north side of the living room offer sleeping for four guests. A bathroom with shower is located between the two bedrooms, and can be accessed from the queen bedroom or directly off the hallway.
The L-shaped kitchen offers ample counter space for arranging meals, and a full array of appliances and kitchen wares. Just off the kitchen is a small half bathroom and laundry room. There is a small loft on the north end of the home which seconds as a bedroom, with a single bed and mattress for additional sleeping.
