This waterfront cottage with large deck is located in a quiet cove with a excellent view of the lake. Excellent bass, crappie, bream, and catfishing from the lighted dock. Large lake side yard on private property. Boat ramp on site. No Pets, please.
Located in the Midlands, 12 miles from Camden, South Carolina with Polo, Steeplechase, or historic sites to visit. Columbia, South Carolina is 30 miles with shopping, Riverbanks Zoo, museums, and State Capital. Midlands are only two hours from the coast (Myrtle Beach or Historic Charleston), and the mountains.
Additional Rate Information
$100/night (Sunday-Wednesday) .. $150/night (Thurs - Saturday. $700/week.
Week starts on Sunday and ends on Sunday.
2 night minimum required. 1/2 the rental fee is required upon making
reservation, with the balance due 15 days before arrival. Payments by check or money order to be mailed (owner
will give the address).
