4 BR, 3.5 bath vacation home on large private property with beautiful old barn (bring your easel) and fantastic lake views from wrapped balcony - on the wine trail, and only one mile from the marinas, public beach and downtown Watkins Glen. Many area attractions -- waterfalls, vineyards and wine tastings, Finger Lakes, boating, fishing, restaurants, shops, swimming, skiing. (No Pets, please).

Seneca Lake Vacation Rental Rates:
Glen Eastern Main is available for $240/night or $1200/week (sleeps 10).
Glen Eastern Lower Apartment is available for $150/night or $750.00/week (sleeps 4 - maximum). This is included with Glen Eastern Main.
There is normally a 2 night minimum and a one week minimum during peak season.
We hold a $200.00 reservation deposit that is credited towards your rental fee - the security deposit is $450.00.
The house is inspected upon your departure and any required housekeeping fees are charged at that time up to $150.00 for a standard full cleaning. Basically, if you leave it the way you got it, there are no fees.
Your security deposit is mailed back to you within 15 days minus any laundry, cleaning or damage charges.
Linens are additional if required at $25.00.

Large circular drive takes you out to main road passing barn. Turn right to town. Turn left to wine trail circling lake.

We stayed at Glen Eastern for a week and it was one of the most beautiful, relaxing vacations we have ever had. Everything was as stated, all conveniences, and the wrap porch was where we had meals, and just relaxed while looking at the boats.
