Property Information
4 BR, 3.5 bath vacation home on large private property with fantastic lake views from wrapped balcony. The barn offers a game room and there are fire and horse shoe pits in the expansive back yard. The home is located on the wine trail with many area attractions including waterfalls, vineyards, Watkins Glen with the awesome State Park and International Raceway of the same name. Enjoy all the Finger Lakes have to offer: over 100 wineries and waterfalls, boating, fishing, restaurants, shops & swimming. There is even skiing & snowmobiling in the winter and most wineries are open year round. The home is fully equipped for relaxation and enjoyment with an open floor plan and fantastic sunsets.
We have 3 homes available in Watkins Glen, NY. All have great lake views and are about a mile from, or located in "Downtown Watkins". Home to the awesome Watkins Glen State Park, Harbor Walk, International Raceway, visitor center, Clute Beach and a few places to rent & launch boats. We are in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine & waterfall country.
Glen Eastern has 4 BR & 3.5 baths, sleeps 10-12. It is more of a family style home & is on 8 fun acres; the Monster Barn game room opens this spring. The wrap around deck offers panoramic views of the lake, sunsets and Watkins night lights.
Harbor West is a 4 BR, 3 bath downtown Victorian located right on the harbor. It also sleeps 10-12. It has great lake views from the expansive front porch and just about any room in the house and the rear courtyard is a nice place to relax.
Salt Point has 3 BR & 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8-10. It is across the street from the Tiki Bar & boat rentals. This home has a large plateaued yard and is less than a mile from downtown Watkins Glen.
Together they are excellent for parties of 30 or more, seperate they are great places to stay in a great area.

Additional Rate Information
Seneca Lake Vacation Rental Rates:
Glen Eastern Main is available for $265/night or $1325/week (sleeps 10).
Glen Eastern Lower Apartment is available for $150/night or $750.00/week (sleeps 4 - maximum). This is included with Glen Eastern Main. Normally the apartment is rented only in the off season.
There is normally a 2 night minimum and a one week minimum during peak season.
The house is inspected upon your departure and any required housekeeping fees are charged at that time up to $150.00 for a standard full cleaning. Basically, if you leave it the way you got it, there are no fees.
Your security deposit is mailed back to you within 15 days minus any, cleaning or damage charges (hopefully none).
Linens are included.

| Required Stay: 2 night minimum - off season.
5 night minimum - high season.
We are flexible with check in days of the week and are willing to offer specials for non full weeks that fill in our calendar. |
| Deposits: We hold a $200.00 reservation deposit that is credited towards your rental fee - the security deposit is $450.00. |
| Other Policies:
We supply linens, the homes are expected to be left in the same clean condition they are received or additional charges will apply.

Watkins Glen is a great town area and only a mile away with lots to do. Ithaca is about 20 miles to the east on route 79 and has tons of great restaurants and bars. Corning is 20 minutes to the south west and has some great museums - including the Corning Glass Museum.
