Vacation home on large private property with your own private mini waterfall (bring your easel) and fantastic lake views from enclosed porch or deck - on the wine trail, and walking distance to water recreation and Tiki-bar. Many area attractions -- waterfalls, vineyards and wine tastings, Finger Lakes, boating, fishing, restaurants, shops, swimming, skiing. (No Pets, please).

Salt Point is available for $195/night or $975/week (sleeps 8).
Glen Eastern Main (FindRentals.com #24909) and Salt Point can both accommodate 2 additional people on pull outs for an additional $50.00/night per person.
We hold a $200.00 reservation deposit that is credited towards your rental fee - the security deposit is $450.00.
The house is inspected upon your departure and any required housekeeping fees are charged at that time up to $150.00 for a standard full cleaning. Basically, if you leave it the way you got it, there are no fees.
Your security deposit is mailed back to you within 15 days minus any laundry, cleaning or damage charges.
Linens are additional if required at $25.00.
No pets are allowed at either property - and no smoking is permitted inside the homes.
We transact through Paypal on-line, or if you prefer to reserve with a check, you can snail mail the reservation deposit of $200.00 and we will hold the date for you upon receipt - once it clears you are confirmed.
