Property Information
Vacation home on large private property with plenty of parking, your own private mini waterfall and fantastic lake views from the enclosed porch or deck. Located on the wine trail, and walking distance to water craft rentals and the Tiki-bar. Many area attractions including waterfalls, vineyards, Watkins Glen with the awesome State Park and International Raceway of the same name. Enjoy all the Finger Lakes have to offer: over 100 wineries and waterfalls, boating, fishing, restaurants, shops & swimming. There is even skiing & snowmobiling in the winter and most wineries are open year round. We allow up to two medium sized, well behaved pets for an additional fee. The home is fully equipped for relaxation and enjoyment with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an open floor plan.
We have 3 homes available in Watkins Glen, NY. All have great lake views and are about a mile from, or located in "Downtown Watkins". Home to the awesome Watkins Glen State Park, Harbor Walk, International Raceway, visitor center, Clute Beach and a few places to rent & launch boats. We are in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine & waterfall country.
Glen Eastern has 4 BR & 3.5 baths, sleeps 10-12. It is more of a family style home & is on 8 fun acres; the Monster Barn game room opens this spring. The wrap around deck offers panoramic views of the lake, sunsets and Watkins night lights.
Harbor West is a 4 BR, 3 bath downtown Victorian located right on the harbor. It also sleeps 10-12. It has great lake views from the expansive front porch and just about any room in the house and the rear courtyard is a nice place to relax.
Salt Point has 3 BR & 2 bathrooms, sleeps 8-10. It is across the street from the Tiki Bar & boat rentals. This home has a large plateaued yard and is less than a mile from downtown Watkins Glen.
Together they are excellent for parties of 30 or more, seperate they are great places to stay in a great area.

Additional Rate Information
Glen Eastern Main (FindRentals.com #24909) and Salt Point can both accommodate 2 additional people on pull outs for an additional $25.00/night per person.

Vacation Rental Policies

We prefer money orders and personal or cashiers checks.
We can accept Visa, Master Card and Paypal. Special arrangements can be made for cash in person. |
| Check In: 11am - we try to accommodate special requests. |
| Check Out: 4pm - we try to accommodate special requests. |
| Required Stay: 2 night minimum - off season.
5 night minimum - high season.
We are flexible with check in days of the week and are willing to offer specials for non full weeks that fill in our calendar. |
| Deposits: We hold a $200.00 reservation deposit that is credited towards your rental fee - the security deposit is $450.00. The full amount is due at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
Your security deposit is mailed back to you within 15 days minus any cleaning or damage charges (hopefully none). |
| Other Policies: We supply linens, the homes are expected to be left in the same clean condition they are received or additional charges will apply. |
