This home is located in Monticello, New York on Swinging Bridge Reseviour, 10 miles from the Monticello casino and raceway. It is located adjacent to an eagle preserve. This lakehouse features a multilevel cedar deck with gas barbeque grill, lounge chairs and table for dining outdoors. There is a hot tub overlooking the lake which accommodates 8 guests. In addition to providing efficient heat in the winter the exposed woodburning stove adds a cozy feel to the house. The rooms are nicely appointed and each bedroom has air conditioning.
