Vacation Rental Description
Newly renovated two bedroom home that sleeps six. There are two great decks over looking the Plum Island River, salt marshes and the Merrimack River. In the distance you can see the City of Newburyport. The kitchen is fully equipped. We include linens for the beds and bath. Very quite location. Washer, dryer and dishwasher and all the amenities that you have at home. The living area is the open concept. Hardwood floors are in the living room, dining area, kitchen,two bedrooms and hallway. Tile floor in the bathroom. The house sits on a private driveway and parking is plentiful. The decks have tables, chairs, umbrella, lounges and beach chairs. The beach and two Plum Island restaurants are within walking distance. You will find our rental houses to be very clean.
I am the owner and live near by and available if there is anything that is needed during your vacation time.
We want your vacation to be an enjoyable time at an affordable price.
The rear deck has a roof on it so cookouts do not get rained on.
The sunsets are wonderful from the deck.
We also provide ocean front parking at no
additional charge if you prefer not to walk.
