Property Information

Stretch out and enjoy this spacious two-story, oceanfront home with an incredible ocean view. Sea Pines offers a large kitchen, a family room with a woodstove, a formal dining room, 2 fireplaces- one in the livingroom and one in the master bedroom, and 5 bedrooms. The main living area is located on the second floor level.

An oceanfront sundeck wraps around the west side of this home and contains an extra-large picnic table, deck chairs, and a charcoal grill. The stairway off the deck leads to a private path to the beach. Beautifully appointed and decorated with total comfort in mind, this house will accomodate the whole family. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms will sleep up to 10 people. Bedroom #1 - queen bed, #2 - queen bed, #3 - 2 twins (trundled), #4(downstairs) - two single/double bunks plus a double futon, and #5(downstairs) - one single/double bunk.

Porta-crib and baby monitor available upon request. Children are welcome, pets considered w/fee. About 100 yards down your private beach path provides easy access to 28 miles of sandy beach. Famous for it's kite-friendly breezes, our beach is the best for leisurely strolls, bird watching, storm watching, hiking/running, and for anyone looking for an abundance of FRESH air. The ever-present surf furnishes a natural sense of well-being and restoration. This special getaway is surrounded by nature yet a short drive to an abundance of local activities and shopping.

Located near Klipsan Beach between Long Beach and Ocean Park on the Long Beach Peninsula - famous for great family vacations. Just a 3-4 hour drive from Seattle, WA or 2-3 hours from Portland, OR.

WINTER SPECIAL : 3RD NIGHT FREE (11/1 - 3/31)*

Rates are for 8 people. Additional people @$15/person/night.

2 Night minimum. Refundable cleaning/damage/pet deposit and rent plus tax required for reservations; cancellation must be two weeks prior to avoid fee. Guests are asked to do light housekeeping if staying a week or longer.

*winter special effective Nov. 1st to March 31st, excluding holidays.
