Property Information
Meticulous 4 bedroom lakeside home located on a private drive just a mile from downtown Canandaigua! Bright and airy interior with a nautical feel. Entry into open kitchen with dining table. The stylish living room is spacious and offers a magnificent view of Canandaigua Lake and Squaw Island. Wood fireplace, new leather sofas, a futon, and TV w/ VCR and Cable. Full bath located just off the living room with large shower. Two bedrooms on the first floor, one which has a queen bed and overlooks the lake from large windows.
Second floor includes a spacious full bath, with 4 person Kohler jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and 4 person cedar sauna! Each of the two bedrooms overlooks the lake from several large windows.
The waterfront offers a large dock, shallow entry from the seawall for good swimming, and a large deck that sits above the waterfront, excellent for outdoor dining.
Note: Smoking is not allowed in any rental property.
