Gradual rolling lawn, beautiful natural lake front, newly updated home, suitable for up to 12 guests, all located on the coveted "sunset side" of Keuka Lake. Think irresistable Keuka lake sunsets, great get-togethers, and book Fish On!
Main entry on Main Floor, with wrap around deck leads to the bright, lake-view living room with new leather sofa and recliner. Floor plan is quite open, dining room and kitchen are located just off the living room and patio doors lead out to the deck, two spacious bedrooms are just down the hall, one with a queen bed and one with a double. A full bath with shower/tub combo is located in the hall.
Just upstairs, added in 2008, is a large King bedroom, with window a/c, cable tv and lake view. Perfect peaceful hiding spot when the house is full of family!
Just downstairs from Main Level, in the cool finished basement is located an additional bedroom with three bunk beds, second full bathroom with shower, laundry room with washer-dryer, and a spacious game room, with tv, foose ball table and a door leading directly to the lake! The lower level garage houses a grill and provides a dry spot to store your supplies, along with a second full refrigerator/freezer.
This home is located on a lake road, with old growth trees, lake people can often be found taking a morning or evening stroll.
