The two studio apartments are located next to the Rosemont Guest Apartments and are within five minutes walk of Hamilton City Centre and Front Street for business, dining, shopping and easy access to ferry and bus systems. The Queen apartment has a comfortable queen bed and suits two adult guests. The Double studio has a cozy double bed that will also sleep two.
The studios have their own private entrance equipped with shower bathrooms. Both have 'counter kitchens' with toaster oven, microwave, tea and coffee making amenities and under-counter fridge for food storage. Reverse-cycle air conditioning, TV and DVD players (but no cable), High-speed DSL wireless network, Cell phones on pay-as-you-go network, hair-dryers, laundry access, iron and ironing board. The Queen studio has a deck for sitting outside and a Charcoal BBQ. The Double studio has a porch to sit outside overlooking the garden.
