Property Information
Our home is 50 feet from the marsh, (very private) a fenced yard surrounds the 1/4 acre Now because of high gas prices we are reducing the rent to $1950.00 from July- September 21st.
Landscaped gardens including a large fish pond with waterfalls. Two decks overlook the everchanging marsh, great for sunning, grilling, and dinner parties. Two decks face gardens and pond. Floor to ceiling windows in every room. Ist floor newly renovated kitchen,(fully equipped), dining room and living room with wood floors. Comcast DSL, cable, phone. Greenhouse is attached to house and may be used as sun/breakfast room. Typically very breezy and cool for sleeping. Parking for 4 cars. Bring your canoe/kayak and launch from the backyard at high tide. Beaches, bay & ocean are about one mile away. Lots of restaurants and fun things to do. Wellfleet is known for wine/cheese Friday night art openings. Pet friendly, small dogs -no cats. Sun -Sun turnover insures weekend happenings, such as flea market and drive-in, 2.3 mi. Provincetown is only 25 minutes south and offers hundreds of restaurants, shops, and beaches. The high speed ferry departs several times a day to Boston and back. Bike trails across the road offer exercise and great environmental aesthetics as you wind your way through the National Seashore to P-Town. The Beachcomber Restaurant offers great music nightly. Lots of art galleries.
