We like to think of our location as
being very private. We have 4 transient docks , one open campsites, one 49' houseboat and one 24' Camper available.
*Rent a 49ft houseboat (i.e. floating cottage) by the week or by the day
Luxurious accommodations on the beautiful Seneca/Cayuga canal. ($150/night)
Accommodates 8+
*Open Campsite with up to 50 amp electric and water. ($28/night)
*24ft Camper Trailer ($60/night)
Your Family is welcome to come stay with us for the weekend or the entire week in our canal side campsite.

RENTALS OR GUIDED TOURS
Everyone can do it !
You will launch from our canal side location and travel to many special places. You will see beaver, muskrat, mink and Chinchilla. Herons and Kingfishers will follow you down the canal. You can float right up to our wonderful turtles.
Captain John is eager to get you out on the water.
Travel on an 18 foot Four Winns Run-about (pictured below), or our new 24 foot flat-deck tour boat.
Seneca Lake Cruise; swimming at boater's beach. See spectacular views of Geneva and lake homes. Geneva on the Lake and Belhurst Castle, Hear Native American legends and History of Geneva 2 hours
Canal Cruise- This 2 hour tour will take you though the locks in Waterloo to Seneca Falls. You will visit the Canalway Museum or get a great cup of fresh gourmet coffee.
Restaurant Cruise; Leave our Canal Side locations for one of seven restaurants. Lunch or dinner cruises available. (Prices vary by location and restaurant)
Fishing Adventure; Captain John will take you up the canal fishing for bass. We will move out on the lake to fish for Pike, perch, and lake trout. (Up to 4 hours)
Scenic Boat Tours 2 hour $15.00/pp ( $60.00 min)
