Property Information
Wonderful Manhattan two bedroom apartment with huge private outdoor space which is only two blocks from Times Square (where the ball will be dropping soon!). Will sleep seven with full and twin bed in one bedroom, queen in second bedroom and sofa that folds down into very comfortable bed in living room. Diswasher, laundry room, wireless internet, video intercom and electric fireplace are some of the amenities. And -- most of all -- you will be only steps from many amazing nightclubs, Broadway shows, and restaurants (check out the incredible rotating restaurant ("The View") on the 48th floor of the Marriot Marquis only two blocks away which gives you a bird's eye view of all of Manhattan in about an hour. There is a parking lot adjoining the back of your building as well as down the street one half block. Apartment is on the first floor and back of the building so you will have complete privacy. Check back soon to see whether we have added the hot tub yet. When you book with us, for no charge, we will send you several orientations sheets (including one on driving in NYC) along with maps and schedules for trains, buses and parks that will help you plan your trip and help you easily navigate and enjoy NYC to the max. We can also oftentimes have a host or hostess meet you at your apartment to help you acclimate to it and NYC and we will provide you numbers so you can call and ask us anything you need or want to know about NYC or your apartment. Rent a local number cell phone while staying in NYC which gives you free unlimited local, US and Canada calls for $10 per day (with $25 set up fee). For additional charges, cleaning service for your apartment and laundry is available as well as taxi or limosine service to or from airport or other destination.
