Nestled into the Catskill Mountains is a charming Bed & Breakfast-style Suite’s and Cabin’s with accommodations sleeping up to 9. The Catskill Mountains are an all season vacation area catering to skiers, golfers, water lovers, wilderness adventures, and vacationers seeking an overall more tranquil getaway.
Our vacation rentals are located close to the Windham Mountain Ski Area, with 9 lifts servicing 46 trails. Slide Mountain is the highest peak at an elevation over 4.180’ and over 30 other peaks above the 3,500’ elevation, the Catskill’s are a mature dissected plateau. Often considered part of the Appalachian mountain range, the Catskills are close to six important rivers.
Between the Shawangunk Mountains and the Hudson River are ten family owned wineries along what’s known as the Shawangunk Wine Trail. The trail is 85 miles north of New York City from Ulster to Warwick County.
From 1/1 studio style vacationing in our Hamilton Suite to a romantic weekend in our Jefferson Suites, Cuomo’s Cove offers vacationers the perfect getaway each time, every time. In addition to our 1/1’s are our incredible 2 bedroom suites, the Franklin and Washington. For large families, we have the Lincoln Log Cabin which sleeps up to 9 comfortably.

The Extra Bedroom: This bedroom can be added to any of the suites in the main building (Hamilton, Jefferson, Madison, Franklin and Washington). It offers two full size beds and a TV/VCR. The additional charge for any season is $50/night.

Each suite has unique characteristics that blend with the surrounding Catskill Mountain area.
*Adams Suite
The John Adams Suite is a two-story fully air-conditioned, one-bedroom suite. As you enter the suite, you find yourself in the spectacular living room complete with pull-out couch, cable TV/VCR and gas fireplace. On the first floor you will find a fully functional kitchenette (with a small refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker) and dining area complete with a table for two. Also on the first floor, is a luxurious full granite-tiled bathroom complete with a 4'x 8' two person shower (showerheads on both sides), perfect for that romantic rendezvous. Upstairs you will find an elegant bedroom loft with queen size bed, half bath, cable TV/VCR/DVD and Jacuzzi bathtub for two surrounded in granite.
While lying in bed you can admire the view of the historical barrel maple ceiling which was milled from the maple trees that originally lined Main Street in Windham.

*Hamilton Suite
Come and stay with us in our Hamilton Suite that is a queen size, one bedroom, one bathroom, studio-style suite. The living room features a queen size pull-out couch and cable TV/VCR offering the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing weekend. This suite offers the convenience of a kitchenette (small refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker and counter with two seats) and a washer and dryer. The Hamilton also has an outdoor hot tub for the private use of you and your guests with a view of a secluded wooded area. This is a fully air-conditioned suite.
Why stay in a standard hotel room when you can enjoy all of these features and extra space.
*Jefferson Suite
The Jefferson Suite is a one bedroom, one bathroom suite - perfect for a comfortable and romantic vacation. Your air-conditioned queen size bedroom features a stunning four-post bed. Cuddle up on the pull-out couch in your living room in front of your wood burning fireplace for a revitalizing evening, or enjoy watching cable TV, or a movie on your VCR. The Jefferson also includes a kitchen with the fully applianced kitchen and counter area with seating for two. Step onto your private deck where you will find a barbeque, porch swing and your private hot tub. From your deck and hot tub you will have memorable views of the stars and mountains. Come stay with us in the Jefferson, which will become your home away from home. Access to tour Swedish Sauna is also included with the rental of this suite.
*Madison Suite
The Madison Suite is a one bedroom, one bathroom suite that features all the comforts of home. The air-conditioned queen size bedroom is just what the doctor ordered for rest and relaxation. Your living room, complete with pull-out couch is a magical place to spend your evenings in front of your wood burning fireplace. Like to cook? No problem, the Madison features a full kitchen complete with full refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher for easy clean-up and dining room with a table to accommodate six people.
Step out of your back door onto your private deck with your own barbeque and private hot tub, where you can soak your body and gaze at the beautiful mountain views by day or star-filled skies by night. Access to our Swedish Sauna is also included with this suite.
*Monroe Suite
The James Monroe Suite is a two-story fully air-conditioned one-bedroom suite. As you enter the suite you find yourself in the spectacular living room complete with pull-out couch, cable TV/VCR and gas fireplace. On the first floor you will find your kitchenette (with a small refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffee maker) and dining area complete with a table for two. The all-new Paul Revere Suite offers getaway accommodations with added bonuses and features that you won't find anywhere else but Cuomo's Cove!
As you enter this two-story, one bedroom fully air conditioned suite, you find yourself in a beautiful full kitchen and dining area. The first floor also features living room with cable TV/VCR, pull-out couch and gas fireplace. Also on the first floor is a unique full bathroom including bidet and a 4'x 6' tiled shower with two showerheads perfect for a romantic getaway. The large windows in the living room showcase a serene landscape and the beautiful Catskill Mountains. The suite's loft contains a queen size bed, seating area, TV/VCR/DVD, half bathroom and a Jacuzzi tub for two surrounded in granite. The wrap-around porch for the Paul Revere contains a seating area where you can relax, watch our horses in the pasture, and enjoy the uninhibited views of the Catskill area.
Located just above our horse barn, there is no other place in the world to enjoy a natural, clean and "odorless" vacation where the primitive meets the ultra modern.
*Franklin Suite
The Franklin Suite offers all you need and more for a family getaway or reunion with friends! The Master Bedroom features a queen size bed and with an attached master bath. This suite also offers another full bathroom with a unique vaulted ceiling and skylight. There are also two full-size beds in the spacious second bedroom for your family or friends. Step into the living room to find cathedral ceilings, big screen TV, cable TV/VCR, queen size pull-out couch and wood burning fireplace. The Franklin also includes a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and dining room. This is a fully air-conditioned suite.
Relax indoor in front of a roaring fire, or step thru sliding glass doors in either the living room or dining room to get to your private deck complete with barbeque and your own outdoor hot tub and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views.
*Washington Suite
The Washington Suite is a two bedroom fully air-conditioned suite, which is perfect for a luxurious and cozy family vacation or gathering of friends. The master bedroom features a queen size bed and full master bath. The spacious second bedroom includes one full size bed plus a set of bunk beds. The living room and dining room have cathedral ceilings with a sitting loft that has a perfect view of the large wood burning fireplace. There is a queen size pull-out couch in the living room to accommodate larger groups and a big screen cable TV/VCR. The Washington also includes a full kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher. The main bathroom has a vaulted ceiling with a skylight. Step out onto your own private deck through sliding glass doors located in either the living room or dining room where you will find your barbeque and private hot tub. It will be a tough choice to relax indoors in front of the fireplace or go outside to sit in the hot tub to view the majestic Catskill Mountain views under the stars. Access to our Swedish Sauna is also included with this suite. Extra bedroom also available.
Lincoln Log Cabin
Abraham Lincoln never stayed in a log cabin like this! This authentic, yet modern (with central heat and air) log cabin can comfortably sleep up to 9 people. The cabin offers three bedrooms each with a queen size bed. You can cook a feast for all your guests in the kitchen complete with full refrigerator, range, microwave and dishwasher and serve it all in the dining room which seats six plus three more at the counter. The huge living room consist of two queen size pull-out couches, big screen cable TV/VCR and wood burning stove. The Lincoln has one full bathroom and a half bathroom with handicap access, and a washer/dryer. The cabin is situated on a private quarter acre parcel complete with a private hot tub. Step back in time with all the modern conveniences - and more - when you stay in our Lincoln Log Cabin.
