Property Information
The Isles of Capri are located across the Marco River from Marco Island. They are part of the 10,000 islands and are only a few minutes boat ride from the open Gulf of Mexico. This newly remodeled house is a fisherman's dream. It is on a deep water, direct access canal and has a boat dock and a 10,000lb boat lift right in the back yard. A public boat launch is only five minutes away.
The Isles of Capri are an old Florida fishing community with beautiful water views everywhere you look. It has several charming restaurants and shops but still retains its tranquil atmosphere. Beaches, shopping, restaurants and entertainment are close by (10 minutes to Marco Island, 12 miles to downtown Naples, 10 minutes to outlet stores). Also in the area are Everglades National Park, Naples Zoo, boat rentals, shelling excursions,
fishing charters, and much more.
The house has two bedrooms with a brand new renovated kitchen, tile floors and two newly renovated bathrooms. It has a jalousied lanai looking out at the water. The second bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase and has a rooftop patio outside. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and queen pullout on the lanai. The second bedroom upstairs has two futons. This is a turnkey rental.

Vacation Rental Policies
| Deposits: A $500 refundable security deposit will be required and returned 1 week afterleaving less any damages or missing items. |
| Lodging Tax: A 10% county and tourist tax will be required for rentals less than 6 months |
| Other Fees: A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left overly dirty.The full amount of the rental is due 30 days prior to arrival. |
