Located in the heart of midtown Manhattan (across from Macy's), perhaps the most vibrant neighborhood in all of New York City, our elegant, one-bedroom apartment combines the luxuries of a hotel with the comforts of a home.
Located in a luxury high-rise building, the apartment accommodates 6 people: has a king size bed in the bedroom, full size sleeper and 2 twin size sleepers in the living room.
Elegantly furnished (new modern Italian furniture), the apartment has a full kitchen and bath, walk-in closet and is more then 800 square feet. Luxury linens, chenille comforters, a large LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, high speed Internet and cable TV to enjoy your New York experience. There is a 24 hour doorman in the lobby, laundry facilities on site, and a beautiful view of the Empire State Building from your windows.
Centrally located at 34th street between 5th and 6th Avenue near many bus and subway lines within walking distance of many famous New York City sites, this apartment is suitable for business travelers, couples and families alike.
Booking policy:
1. If reservation occurs more then 30 days prior to arrival date, 50 % of payment required at the time of booking.
2. If reservation occurs 30 days or less before arrival date, 100% of payment required at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy:
1. If cancellation occurs 30 days before arrival date all payment up to date is refundable.
2. If cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days before arrival date, 50% of total amount due is refundable.
3. If cancellation occurs 15 days or less before arrival date, the payment is not refundable.
4. If second payment of 50% is not received 30 days before arrival date, the reservation is considered as "canceled" and the first payment is not refundable.

Additional Rate Information
All prices are for 2 adults.$15 for additional person$235 (5 nights minimum occupancy)/$260 (less than 5 nights)March 1 -September 30 - $240 per night(5 nights minimum)/$265(less then 5)$285 for the first 2 nights for the weeks of Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving,Christmas, New Year.
$250 Refundable Damage Deposit (separate check, mailed back after departure)

Tram , New Orleans, LA We stayed here from Oct 9-14 and enjoyed that comfort of the apartment. It is a great location with easy access to the subways and is walking distance from many places we wanted to visit. There were plenty of towels and amenities to go around. The view from any window was great. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone who plan to visit New York. Also, we forgot something at the apartment when we left and the owner was determined to help us get our stuff back without hestitation. They were great.

Alison Bithell , Christchurch, New Zealand This apartment exceeded our expectations. A great place to return home to after sightseeing and walking all day. Very clean and tidy. Well equipped kitchen. Great views of the Empire State Bldg. Herald Square is just far enough away (8-10 blocks)from the bright lights of Times Square. Perfectly located. Transportation very close. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a home away from home. AAA+

Monica , Ottawa, Canada WOW! What a terrific place. The apt. is perfectly located, right off Broadway and 34th. Subway stop is just outside the front doors, and the 25 story building is watched by security. Laura met our family of 5, answered all our questions and even called back to be sure all was well! Everything was clean, with plenty of towels and linens. We have recommeded this apt. to all our friends and we are sure to return as well. A PERFECT PLACE !

This "guest review" is long overdue. We want to express our gratitude for enormously enjoying our stay in Laura/Irina's rental during our visit to New York. The place is spacious and beautiful and definitely "centrally" located. The apartment is fully equipped, everything is thought through to the littlest details - the best hotels, which we have stayed at, can not compare. But most of all we have enjoyed Laura's "customer service", which resembled royal treatment. Not a single e-mail, question or reasonable request went unanswered. Laura's caring for the guests went a long way: fresh flowers in a vase, crystal bowl with chocolate candies upon arrival and to top it all - huge and extremely delicious Russian chocolate bar given to us when we were leaving for the airport. Once again: many thanks, ladies, for making us feel at home. -Laura's and Irina's guests. P.S. Laura, please, do not get alarmed if you get a lot of telephone calls and requests for you rental: we intend to recommend Irina's and your place to all our friends, relatives and acquaintances. |
