Our cozy apartment accommodates up to 7 people: has a queen size bed in the bedroom, a queen size sleeper and a twin size sleepers in the living room and a queen size sleeper in a den. A cozy table in the den area easily transforms into a big dining table for our guests' convenience.

Furnished with new modern Italian furniture, the apartment is a one and a half bedroom (has a den, separated by a beautiful Japanese screen). The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, bath, walk-in closet, dishwasher and a washer/dryer in a unit. Luxury linens, chenille comforters, a large LCD TV, DVD player, CD player, local and long distance phone line, high speed Internet and cable TV.

The building is located close to public transportation. This apartment is suitable for business travelers, couples and families alike. Restaurants, various eateries and stores are at your fingertips.

A wonderful and convenient addition at our guests' disposal: a new modern eatery with European and American culinary trends located on the first floor. It offers diverse salads, tartines, small cheese, meat and fish platters, an express station for take-out orders as well as relaxed table service amidst trendy décor. Booking policy:

1. If reservation occurs more then 30 days prior to arrival date, 50 % of payment required at the time of booking.

2. If reservation occurs 30 days or less before arrival date, 100% of payment required at the time of booking.

Cancellation policy:

1. If cancellation occurs 30 days before arrival date all payment up to date is refundable.

2. If cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days before arrival date, 50% of total amount due is refundable.

3. If cancellation occurs 15 days or less before arrival date, the payment is not refundable.

4. If second payment of 50% is not received 30 days before arrival date, the reservation is considered as "canceled" and the first payment is not refundable.
