There is 150 feet of lake frontage, across from Squaw Island, with a 40 foot dock for your boating needs. You will be minutes away from downtown Canandaigua lake's shopping, dining, family activities, medical center, and much more.

The summer activities include boating, skiing, kayaking, jet skiing, fishing.Also locally you have Roseland Waterpark, Sonnenberg Gardens,hugh local antique shopping venues(1000's of dealers),CMAC performing artists Theater,Canandaigua Lady's sightseeing & dinner cruises.There is a private sandy beach next to the property for swimming, or enjoy our lakeside gazebo. Winter activities include renown ski facilities,finger lakes wine tasting tours, day trips to Niagara Falls and more. Local outlet malls with hundreds of brand name Companies,Finger Lakes Gaming Casino,Letchworth park,Cooperstown Hall of Fame ,just to name a few.

The home has a tremendous great room with two stories of glass for spectacular views, including a large screen HD color TV with theater surround sound system and direct TV satellite system. Pittsford, NY WOW! My family and I had the pleasure of spending Thanksgiving at this beautifully decorated and maintained lake front home on Canandaigua Lake and we were very impressed with all that it had to offer. With its large 2 story windows and cathedral ceilings, the rooms were very spacious, light, and airy. Whether sitting around the kitchen island, dining area, or family room, there was always a magnificent view of the lake and historic Squaw Island. All rooms were large and immaculate and offered every amenity one could imagine. The kitchen was well equipped and a delight to cook in with its Brazillian marble counters, large center island, and double oven. It was open to the familyroom which made it conducive to entertaining or being with family. There are 6 large bedrooms and 5 large bathrooms which allow for quiet and privacy. In my opinion this is the perfect lake home for families and friends to get away and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Canandaigua Lake.
