Midtown, Murray Hill 3 Bedroom / 3 bath Enormous 3000 square foot NYC Apartment. You will not find anything like this in Manhattan. Located on the second floor of an elevator building. Walk into a marbled foyer with a baby grand piano. Prepare a gourmet meal in a true Chef's kitchen with top of the line appliances including a sub zero refrigerator. Go soak in one of the two jacuzzi's, or relax in a plush leather sectional in front of a 50 inch flat screen TV. The apartment is absolutely beautiful. You will be impressed with what you see. Price includes all utilities, linens, and towels, cable and high speed internet. The neighborhood is lively with tons of shops and restaurants. You can find a restaurant that serves almost any type of food you can think of within walking distance. Close to buses and trains, walking distance to the Empire State Building, The Chrysler Building, Gramercy park, etc.

| Other Policies: The non-refundable pet rental fee is $75 per pet per stay unless the size of the animal (such as in “toy” sized animals or extremely large animals) makes the manager deems a price decrease/increase.
Pets are permitted only with prior approval and only in selected cabins. An additional pet rental and additional Damage Deposit on your credit card will apply. Pets brought without advance notice will be charged DOUBLE the normal pet fees. Pets brought to cabins that do NOT allow pets can result in immediate eviction with forfeiture of remaining paid stay.
Pets are not allowed on furniture (including beds and sofas), at any time. Unattended pets in cabin must be crated caged. Evidence of any pet being in the hot tub will be cause for loss of security deposit in full and may be subject to additional fees. Any evidence of pets on furniture will be subject to additional fees.
All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations and must be free from fleas. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three days prior to arrival.
The cabin owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
