Walking distance to Madison Square Garden & Empire State Building. By the Way, Gramercy park is known for its celebrities that choose to live in it, So please excuse us if you get caught in a siting :) The apartment has had a lot of love put into it as me & my Husband are avid travelers ourselves. My Mother's Birthday Trip

My mother wanted to go to NYC so I decided to take her there for her 60th birthday . Found renting an apartment a lot more affordable and better located than booking hotel rooms for my Mum , my girlfriend and I . The apartment is very well presented , clean and tidy and it was lovely to meet Maaya on our arrival . The apartment is only a short $7-8 taxi ride from Penn Station and has great access to the restaurants on 3rd Ave and only a short walk to the Subway . The city tour buses also go near its location for jumping on and off . We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and the freedom and handiness of the apartment definitely added to my Mother's birthday trip .

Great location cant go wrong. Clean apt, we were there for a week and had a great time. Owners (Maaya) are extra careful when it comes to fulfilling the requests of her tenants.

We have just stayed for 9 days at Maaya´s apt near Gramercy Park. The apt has everything we need when we travel to N.Y. city! excellent beds, nice kitchen and bath and beautiful neighbourhood!Bus and subways very close to the apt, nice restaurants, food shops and no noise at all! we slept like babies. I will definetely stay at this place again and I hope this will be very soon.
