Property Information
Silver Lake Resort will consist of up to 630 designer-furnished villas. One-, two-, and three-bedroom villas will be offered which will accommodate from six to twelve people. A change in the mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or two- and three-bedroom lock-off type units could increase or decrease the number of units available for sale under the currently approved plans. The current Site Plan reflects a total of 8 new buildings being developed. Over the years, it has become apparent that the most popular buildings are those with four floors. It is also more efficient to maintain. Thus, the Developer redesigned the overall site plan to reflect the placement of the maximum number of buildings without exceeding the four floor style. The end result is a total of 554 villas. However, the Developer does retain the option to increase the number of floors to any building in order to reach a total build-out of 630 units.
Building 1000 is scheduled to begin construction in the spring of 2005. Building 1000 will have a unit mix of 16 two-bedroom villas and 16 three-bedroom villas.
