The downstairs family room opens to another deck and has its own fireplace and game table. The master bedroom also has a fireplace and a huge double bathroom with a Jacuzzi.

All linens and cooking equipment are included. The house is excellent for families because it is spacious and has room for privacy. There are two TVs with satellite programming and a stereo system that is piped to every room. The family room has a sofa bed and a game table and opens to a downstairs deck beside the stream. The kitchen has a trash compactor, and insta-hot water, ice cube and cold water dispenser in the refrigerator, microwave, etc. There is also a large screened porch off the kitchen.

All you need to bring is your suitcase. Everything is provided for your comfort. Four large bedrooms with double closets: 2 kings, 1 queen, and twins. The MB has a double bathroom with Jacuzzi. A multi-media center (satellite TV, DVD, VCR) pipes music throughout house and even outdoors. The upstairs living area flows out onto the spacious deck and is equipped with grill, outdoor dining tables, and comfortable chaise lounges from which you can see and hear the lovely brook; a large screened porch affords an alternative dining area. There is a gourmet kitchen with granite countertopped bar, a dishwasher, instant-hot water, microwave/convection oven, ice & water dispenser in luxury refrigerator, and trash compactor. The house is air-conditioned and has a central vac system. The garage provides easy access to the kitchen. This luxury home comes completely equipped with everything including linens and a washer/dryer.

The Berkshires offers a breathtaking natural setting along with the best of cultural activities. The house is located on a peaceful, wooded hill with total privacy, yet it is only minutes from Tanglewood (the summer home of the Boston Symphony), Jacob's Pillow Dance Festival, Shakespeare and Berkshire Theatres, the Becket Arts Center, Shaker Hancock Village, the Norman Rockwell Museum, the Mahaiwe Arts Center, The Berkshire Museum, Lee Outlet Center, antique and art galleries, fine restaurants, horseback riding, golfing, fishing, and swimming.

This delightful year-round retreat is in a unique natural setting that is totally private and yet near all of the cultural and sports attractions such as Jacob's Pillow, Tanglewood, the Shakespeare Theatre, and the Berkshire Theatre. The fishing in a private lake and pond is excellent. At least three ski areas are within 15 min. to an hour's drive, and the Lee Shopping Outlet is near.
