Kingtown Beach is located in the heart of the Finger Lakes in Trumansburg, New York, on the west shore of beautiful Cayuga lake. Secluded by woods, the cottages and campsites sit overlooking the lake, with a short walk to the stony beach area and docks.
Cayuga Lake, part of the Barge Canal System, is 42 miles long and the deepest spot is 435 feet with 3 1/2 miles being the widest. The lake is good for water skiing, jet skiing, boating, and fishing. It contains landlocked salmon, lake, brown, and rainbow trout, pickeral, pike, perch, bass, and smelt in the spring. The property is located 8/10 mile from Route 89 with 4 acres of woods and 380 feet of lake frontage. The cottages set nestled in a wooded area with the lake just below.

Reservations are accepted if accompanied by a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable within one week of reservation. The campsites are set in the woods above the cottages and are approximately 50x50 lots equipped with water, electricity, septic and winter storage. We accept MASTERCARD and VISA!

They are equipped with 2 bedrooms, a double bed in each, a small bathroom with a shower, the kitchen/living area is one room, They have electric heat, wall to wall carpeting, all the linens, cooking utensils, stove top , refrigerator, toaster, microwave, Mr. Coffee, and a small b/w TV. Outside there is a fire ring for cooking or just a campfire and picnic table with outside chairs.
Property Activities
There is a basketball court and playground with room for horseshoes, badminton or volleyball. There are 31 boat hoists used for the cottages, campsites or just to rent for the season. There is a private beach and dock for swimming, sunbathing or fishing. The carryout on the beach is set up to stop by while boating, eat in or take it with you. We sell burgers, homemade french fries, chicken wings, pizza, beer, wine coolers, soda, ice, live bait and gas for boaters. With a few camping supplies including firewood.
