This 3 bedroom, lake home with finished basement on beautiful site, with many trees, is located on the west shore of Cayuga Lake, 5 miles from Ithaca. There is a lovely grassy beach, great swimming, boat house and dock with row boat and canoe available. Good fishing off of the dock. The house is situated on a hillside, surrounded by mature plantings. There is a deck overlooking Cayuga Lake.The tap water comes from the lake, is fine for most purposes, but is not recommended for drinking.

$900 -$1400 per week.
We typically rent from Saturday to Saturday in the summer and are
more flexible with rental dates at other times of the year. High
volume weeks cost more.
Reservation Payment half due with returned and signed rental
contract. Remaining half, plus $300.00 security deposit due
one month prior to arrival. Security deposit refunded within 30
days of departure, pending no damgages, additional cleaning
and/or long distance telephone charges.

included,long distance calls can be made with your calling
card. There is a finished full basement. You provide your own
linens, we supply blankets. You are responsible for cleaning
the cottage.
