This rental unit is a new two-bedroom addition attached to our home. It is a 10-minute walk to the Cornell University campus. This unit has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a pullout double futon couch and a single bed sleeping loft. The addition also has one large room with a kitchen and living area. It is a bright
and cheerful space.

We charge between 100-200 per night depending on the length of your stay and time of year. If you need to house more people, you may inquire about renting the whole house. Weekly rates 600 per week.
Reservation Payment half due with returned and signed rental contract. Remaining half, plus security deposit due one month
prior to arrival. Security deposit refunded within 30 days of departure, pending no damages or additional cleaning
