This gorgeous single family home with a full daylight basement apartment with separate bathroom, bedroom and kitchen (only rented together with the house), is right on the shores of Cayuga Lake. It has five spacious bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms plus a separate shower area on the ground level next to the sauna with access to a large lawn and garden with a fire pit, two kitchens, and more, right on the shores of Cauyga Lake.

Perfect for summer gatherings and winter retreats, quiet retreats, graduation week-ends, and more. All overlooking the beautiful Cayuga Lake.

The house sleeps up to 20 people.

The main living area has 24 foot high cathedral ceiling and glass front facing the lake for a spectacular view. The adjacent dining area also looks out on the lake.
