Our "newly renovated" house is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the beach and lake. The living and dining rooms have hardwood floors, and all bedrooms are carpeted.
The first floor consists of a bedroom, living/dining room, eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven (***all appliances are brand new), and a full bath. There is a nice-size deck on the back of the house where the barbecue grill is kept. There is an ooutdoor shower as well.
The second floor consists of a huge master bedroom with a cathedral ceiling, another bedroom, sitting area with desk and full bath. All bedrooms have air conditioners.
There is a full basement with washer/dryer, and plenty of storage space for bicycles, beach toys, etc. which can be brought in via an outside entrance.

Memorial Day to Labor Day .. $17000/season
July & August....$1700/week....6000/month September & June $1300.00/ week....$4500.00/ month.
October - Memorial Day...... $1200/week.. $3500/month
Off season weekends Fri-Sun $400+
Security is required on monthly & weekly rentals. Cleaning and damage deposit is
fully refundable if house is left as found. Any cleaning needing to be done is
deducted from security deposit at a rate of $20/hr.
Monthly Rates DO NOT include Utilities (cable, electric, telephone).
