Located in the Longview area of West Tisbury, Nepenthe is a vacation home with the atmosphere of an Inn. Furnished with antiques including brass beds, rockers, Oriental rugs, wash stands, side board and dining table, it is warm and comfortable, but still child friendly. For maximum convenience, washer and dryer are located in the well-equipped kitchen area. Two living rooms and two dining areas provide lots of private space, but prime dining and relaxation will be found on the new bluestone patio overlooking our brook and acres of forest. A ten minute walk (or one minute bike or car ride) brings you to the parking area for Lamberts Cove beach, a spectacular dune-encircled site overlooking the Elizabeth Islands. The beach is surrounded by a nature preserve - a wide path brings you to the beach itself - and together they create an ideal setting for enjoying the ocean. Hiking trails, bike paths, shopping, golf (real and miniature), movie theaters and art galleries are all readily accessible (10-20 minutes away) but do not infringe on the serenity of the home site. Ferry tickets with excellent times are in place for all dates.

Deposits:
A security deposit of $400 is held until bills for phone and pay-per-view are received. The check is not cashed, only held in reserve. The check would not be used until discussions of any outstanding balance were resolved with the renter.
Refunds:
Refunds are available only if the property can be rented. If cancellation occcurs before the final payment is made, no final payment is expected.
