Property Information
Long Lake beautiful 6 bedroom house with all the amenities located walking distance from a nine-hole golf course with a bar, serving three meals daily. Four wheeling and snowmobiling trails in the backyard. Boat docks and beach area on site as well a sandy public beach w/children's playground and volleyball court 3/4 of a mile away. Jet skies, pontoon boats, snowmobiles and four- wheeler rentals available nearby. **FISHERMEN - one group this spring caught 86 salmon & trout in 1 weeks stay (4-6 lb salmon w/ an occasional 8+lb) ** SNOWMOBILER & 4 WHEELER RIDERS - Major ITS Trails adjacent to property - Excellent trails- none better! GOLFERS - Walk to the golf course FAMILY REUNIONS - Site can sleep up to 30 people. We also have another rental next door that sleeps up to 12. If you have a large gathering planned and you call early in advance, you may book both buildings. Great idea for family gatherings.

Vacation Rental Policies
| Check In: Check in time is 3 p.m. Please get in contact with us 24 hours in advance to let us know a general time frame when you will be arriving. |
| Check Out: Check out time is 10 a.m. Exceptions in check out times can be made according to the time of arrival for the next group. |
| Deposits: A security deposit is required to hold the time you schedule. The deposit will be returned if enough notice is given. Security deposit will be subtracted from full amount of lodging. |
| Lodging Tax: 7.0% |
| Cancellation Policy: Contact us as soon as possible if you have to cancel. If sufficient notice is given to us your security deposit will be returned. |
| Other Fees: During the winter months, if you intend on keeping your vehicles plugged to prevent freezing, there will be an extra charge. |
| Other Policies: If damage happens to the rental, please inform us. You will be charged for damages. (not normal wear and tear). We want you to have a good time.
If an extra bed or beds is used for visitors, please inform us. There will be an extra small fee.

Located in northern Maine w/ access (and camp availability ) to the famous Allagash and North Maine Woods area. Located at the head of the Fish River chain of lakes which include Long, Mud, Cross, Square and Eagle Lake.
Want to golf, you can rent clubs. Want to snowmobile or ride 4 wheeler- you can rent those also. Want to fish or ride on a party boat or jet ski ?- yep, you can rent those also Canoes and kayaks are also rented nearby so come and enjoy your vacation with us- we're sure you won't regret it!!!!

Our stay was the best! The home - and I do mean home, had absolutely everything you could need. Plenty of room, plenty of bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, lots of seating in the living room, a fully equipped laundry, patio, grill, fire pit, dock, beach, canoes and a paddle boat with life jackets of course, a huge yard for outdoor games, a swing set for the younger crowd, a public beach with a playground. There were four generations of us staying together, from 8-months-old to 75-years-old, from Florida to Maine, and we all had plenty to do! The house was immaculate and the beds comfortable with lots of rooms to spread out. The lake is beautiful and the house situated perfectly to sit on the front porch and watch the water, sit on the patio and watch the younger crowd, or sit on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and watch the birds fishing. It was the first time the entire family has been together in quite awhile and we'll all remember this vacation forever! Pam and Chuck accommodated every request we made and made us feel right at home, they are really great people. I would stay again, and again. We highly recommend this lakeside rental. The younger crowd are already talking about a group to go snowmobiling this winter!

The house was immaculate and bigger than expected which was a plus!! Chuck and Pam were very helpful and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone even if your looking to get away and do nothing its so relaxing. You can't get any better location wise for snowmobiling. The trails are in your backyard! You can see Long Lake Sporting Club from the house and around the bend you can fuel up at Martins store. We're DEFINITELY coming back. |
