The Outland Meadows Lodge is fully equipped and has luxurious furnishings throughout. Lodge has a nice fire pit, horseshoe pit, deck has tables and chairs, deluxe gas grill for outdoor cooking, Hot tub and recreation room.
The Lodge is on a 1.7 acre lot with lots of privacy and beautiful views. The lodge is 3,400 square feet of luxury. Located in the secluded Arrowwood subdivision.

OUTLAND MEADOWS RENTAL PROPERTY SPECIALS:
HIGH SEASON: (May 25-Sept 5 and Dec 1-March 31): $460.00 per night/$750.00 damage deposit, 3 night minimum, (2 night stay is allowed at $560 per night plus a non refundable $150.00 cleaning fee).
Rent 7 nights get 1 FREE!
LOW SEASON: (Sept 6-Nov 30 and April 1-May 24) $410.00 per night. (OffSeason rates exclude holidays). Midweek / Mon-Thur rent 3 nights get 4th night 1/2 price. Cannot involve any weekends or holidays.
Rent 6 nights get 7th free.
3 Night minimum BUT if you can only book a 2~Night Rental then the price per night is $510.00 per night plus a non refundable $150.00 cleaning fee.
Midweek Mon-Thur rent 3 nights get 4th night 1/2 price. Cannot involve any weekends or holidays. Rent 6 nights get 7th free.

Holidays: $510 per night
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel less than 60 days prior to your arrival date you will forfeit your total rental amount unless the same dates can be rebooked. If it can be rebooked you will be charged a 75.00 rebooking fee. A cancellation more than 60 days prior will receive a full refund of the rental amount.
No smoking, no pets. Rates do not include 8% sales & lodging tax.
Cancellation Policy: When cancelling outside the 60 day cancellation policy all funds you have paid are
refundable. When cancelling within the 60 day cancellation window the funds you
have paid are non refundable. We will try to rebook the dates you reserved and if
we can rebook them you will get a refund minus a $75.00 rebooking fee.
Rates do not include 7% sales & lodging tax.

Livingroom on main level has a gas stove for your comfort. Family room in basement also has a gas stove.
Recreation room w/Air Hocky.
Kitchen table seats 6-8 guests Kitchen counter will seatup to 8 guests.
Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice maker, gas stove, small appliances, pots & pans, dishes and utensils.
LAYOUT OF BEDROOMS:
Main Floor: master bedroom W/king bed, second bedroom
1-queen bed and a bunkbed. Basement: one bedroom w/
queen and bunkbed one with 2-queens. Top floor: one
bedroom w/2-queens one bedroom w/queen and twin.
Loft: w/2-queens. 2-T.V.'s one in living room and in
family room. Both with DVD and VCR players.
Wrap around 8 foot deck expands to a 12 foot covered deck. Deck has a deluxe gas grill & picnic tables just off from the kitchen in the front of this beautiful new lodge.
Large cement patio under the 12 foot deck that has
a deluxe hot tub and room for more picnic tables and chairs.
