A vacation with sunrises every morning, and the lullaby of surf sounds every night. You’ve dreamed about it! You’ve envisioned it! Now, you can have it! Nothing could be better, or more comfortable.

From the moment you enter the gates and sweeping circular drive, you sense and smell the ocean’s pull. Standing on the threshold of the front door, the views to the sea beyond entice you even further into the lull of this classic 1950's Atlantic beachfront treasure.

A creative eye and talented artists were employed by the owners to make this home a place to remember. The house is situated so that the roll of blue green waves and shore birds can be seen from not only the kitchen, the living room and master bedroom, but also as you and your family dine in the glass enclosed sun porch. Furnished in overstuffed and tropical style, soft and subtle, hand-painted murals surround you with the natural wonders of Florida’s flora and fauna.

Three comfortable gathering areas beckon. The sunken living room offers comfortable lounging with it wrap around stacked stone fireplace, sectional sofa and big screen TV. The sun porch features a deep sofa, conversation chairs, two dining areas and cocktail bar. Just off the breakfast bar in the kitchen is an open plan family room --another great place for a nap, a good book or quiet conversation.

Four bedrooms, each with their own appealing décor theme, provide comfortable sleeping for 8. A sleep sofa offers sleeping for two more. With 3 bathrooms, a party of 10 can be accommodated. “Million Dollar Ocean Front House” offers you a vacation to remember.

Checks, Credit Card, Paypal or money orders are accepted for payment. If you need to wire funds into our accounts please call for instructions and applicable charges.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your security deposit is not part of the rent. Long distance telephone calls must be charged to your calling card, local calls are toll free. Charges will be made on the security deposit for long distance telephone charges, damages to the premises, electric charges exceeding the limit, excessive cleaning or laundry, late departures will be charged one nights rental.

Tenants agree to comply with all house rules and regulations. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the expenses, tenant agrees to pay the difference to the owner. The security deposit will be refunded approximately 15 days after your departure. Pets are not permitted and constitute a serious violation.

A signed rental contract including a valid credit card will be required prior to arrival. Any damage, missing items or telephone charges would be billed to this credit card.

In the event of telephone tolls, damage, loss, soiling/staining, or incidental charges in the excess of any cash security deposit, the following Visa or Mastercard will be charged and a copy of the charges sent to the Tenant. Tenant's signature below executes this charge authorization. Tenant warrants that the signature below is the same as the back of the credit card.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: The home is ready for check-in any time after 3:00 PM. check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. It is important that you be packed and ready to depart from the cottage by this time, as cleaning is required prior to any check-ins that might be due to arrive that afternoon.

CLEANING: A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged for each reservation. This is a private home and you are responsible for leaving it clean and tidy, in the condition you find it upon arrival. When you depart, please check that you have left the house tidy, rubbish has been disposed of, dishes done and lights turned off. Any excess cleaning charges at check-out will be billed to you.

PETS: A maximum of one pet is allowed on our properties and, a non-refundable “pet deposit” of $50 is due. You MAY NOT leave your pet(s) alone in any property. Please do not allow your pets on the furniture, including the bed, unless you provide your own cover for the furniture. You must clean up after your pet while on the property – even if in a natural area.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received after 30 days will result in forfeiture of the reservation deposit unless house is rebooked. There will be a $100 cancellation fee.

INVENTORY: Accommodations are fully furnished and are equipped with towels, linens, cooking and eating utensils. A starter supply of products will be provided for you. You are responsible to replenish as needed during your stay.

REPAIRS: Notify the owner immediately if you discover any item that needs attention. Appliances, air conditioners, TVs, etc occasionally malfunction. While we cannot guarantee them to perform 100% of the time, we will correct the problem as soon as possible during normal business hours. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. RIGHT OF ACCESS: Agent, owner and/or their assigns reserve and retain right of access to the rental premise during your occupancy for the purpose of repair, inspection, and showing. For showings, we will provide you 24-hour advance notice and will always endeavor to make an appointment suitable to everyone.

HOLD HARMLESS INDEMNITY: Agent and/or owner of rental unit shall not be liable for any damage and/or injury to you or your personal property. You agree to indemnify the owner for any damages to the home grounds, furnishings, equipment, and household items therein, excluding normal wear and tear, which occur during guest occupancy. You further agree to hold the agent and owner harmless against any claim for damage and/or injury, regardless of causation.
