Furnished and decorated with new interpretations of classic modern, this is a place of style and of comfort. Bold and colorful art reflects the graphic nature of true Florida. There are three areas for people to gather, to play, to relax - the open space plan living and dining room, the garden courtyard, the pool and entertainment patios.
The owners have used a talented network of artists and designers to make this home a place to remember, a place to recall the joys of an era both “retro and now” and most importantly, a place to make memories that you take with you and treasure for evermore.
Melbourne Beach is a tropical barrier island nuzzled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. Wild Hibiscus is situated only 1,000ft from the Atlantic Ocean and it’s glorious sandy beaches. A 20 minute stroll will take you to the quaint old town of Melbourne Beach which dates back to 1883 with its speckling of small stores, restaurants, and rustic wooden pier over the Indian River.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: Your security deposit is not part of the rent. Long distance telephone calls must be charged to your calling card, local calls are toll free. Charges will be made on the security deposit for long distance telephone charges, damages to the premises, electric charges exceeding the limit, excessive cleaning or laundry, late departures will be charged one nights rental.
Tenants agree to comply with all house rules and regulations. If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the expenses, tenant agrees to pay the difference to the owner. The security deposit will be refunded approximately 15 days after your departure. Pets are not permitted and constitute a serious violation.
A signed rental contract including a valid credit card will be required prior to arrival. Any damage, missing items or telephone charges would be billed to this credit card.
In the event of telephone tolls, damage, loss, soiling/staining, or incidental charges in the excess of any cash security deposit, the following Visa or Mastercard will be charged and a copy of the charges sent to the Tenant. Tenant's signature below executes this charge authorization. Tenant warrants that the signature below is the same as the back of the credit card.
