stove, microwave, 3-stools at counter. Furnished for gourmet cooking,
as well as the weekend BBQ. Optional fold-down dining table.
The lower-level condo opens up to a spacious, private picnic grove,
surrounded by trees. Features picnic table, outdoor fireplace, gas and
charcoal BBQ grills. Unit includes popular "Beanbag" game.

Abbey Springs is a first-class, gated community, with a 4-star
Championship golf course, direct Geneva Lake access with sand beach
and swimming platforms. Exceptional children's playground. Full court
basketball court. Sand volleyball court. Recreation Center featuring
indoor & outdoor pools, whirlpool, sauna, fitness center, tennis courts,
and a video arcade game room.
Abbey Springs features excellent dining options -- casual breakfast and
lunch in the "Golfer's Grill," fine dining at "The Yacht Club," and Beach
BBQ offerings at "Down Below."
From Abbey Springs, it is just a 5-minute drive to downtown Fontana and
nearby Walworth (good diner, grocery stores and fabulous antiques.) It is
a 12-minute drive to downtown Lake Geneva (lots of shops and eateries
and tourist activities.) And best of all, Abbey Springs is located on the
“convenient” west end of Geneva Lake – making the commute to and from
the Chicago area quicker and easier.
Walk the wooded paths and winding lanes of Abbey Springs or stroll
along the public way that circles Geneva Lake -- through the lakefront
estates and mansions. Have a sunset cocktail on the Yacht Club’s outdoor
