This new 4 bedroom home borders the 8th fairway and offers a quiet and natural setting. With the family pleasing amenities within the home and located just a short walk from the clubhouse, restaurant, and indoor pool complex you're bound to return time and time again. The master bedroom has an overstuffed king size bed, TV, and private bath with whirlpool tub. Two of the other bedrooms have a queen size bed in each. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. The northwoods themed bathroom is centrally located by the three bedrooms on one end of the home, away from the master suite. The front living room has a TV/VCR/DVD and is a great place to kick back at the end of the day to watch a movie. Or join you family and friends in the family room which has a gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper, TV/VCR/DVD and is open to the kitchen- the most commonly used room of any home. The full kitchen and dining area offers a dishwasher and ample cupboard space for storage during those long vacations together. Laundry room is located just off the kitchen with washer and dryer and direct access to the outer deck. Exit the patio doors by the dining room and set foot into a 3 season screened in porch. Just the right spot to watch the golfers through the trees make their approach towards the greens. There is also a sunny deck with charcoal grill and fire pit for evening bonfires.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 10 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night.
