This 4 bedroom home is located in the just around the corner from the activity pool and golf course. The yard borders the golf course but is well protected for guest’s enjoyment. With all of its' personal touches you're sure to feel right at home! It offers a master bedroom with a queen size bed and private bath with whirlpool tub, TV. Each of the other 3 bedrooms has one queen bed. Living room with queen sofa sleeper, TV/VCR/DVD, family room with a gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper, dining and full kitchen with dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer, large deck with patio furniture and charcoal grill. Enjoy an evening around the campfire in your own backyard.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 12 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation.
