With its' prime location you will find nature right in your back yard. If its' water fun or a golfing challenge just step out the front door for a brief walk to both. This home offers: Master bedroom with a queen size bed and TV/VCR/DVD, small attached retreat room with a full size bed, 3 additional bedrooms with a queen size bed in each, 2 full bathrooms, master with whirlpool tub; large great room with a queen sofa sleeper, TV/VCR/DVD, family room with a gas fireplace and a queen sofa sleeper, TV/VCR/DVD; full kitchen with dishwasher, breakfast bar w/stools; dining area; washer and dryer; deck with table, chairs, charcoal grill and fire pit.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 14 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation.
