This 3 bedroom ranch style home is located just around the corner from one of our outdoor pools and is just a short walk to tee off on our new 9 hole par 36 golf course. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with garden style soaking tub, TV/DVD. The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen size bed, the second bath is located in the hall, living room with gas fireplace and queen sofa sleeper, TV/VCR/DVD player. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining room open to the living room, breakfast nook and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Deck with table, chairs and a charcoal grill. 2-car garage.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 6 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation.
