This NEW 4 Bedroom 2 bath log sided ranch style home is located in the newest area of the resort just a short walk from the activity pool and golf course. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with whirlpool tub. The other 3 bedrooms have a queen size bed in each. There is a full bath in the hall between those bedrooms. The front living room has a queen sofa sleeper, TV and DVD player. The family room is adjacent and open to the dining and kitchen area with a rustic room appeal. There is a sofa sleeper and TV/DVD/VCR and surround sound. Full kitchen with dishwasher and breakfast bar, Laundry room with washer and dryer. Large deck with table, chairs, and a charcoal grill. Enjoy an evening bonfire around the fire pit in the back yard.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 12 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation.
