This new mid-size home offers convenience and modern comfort. Just a block away from the indoor pool complex and new restaurant. The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with whirlpool tub. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The main bathroom is located between the 2 rooms. The living room has a comfortable leather sofa with queen sleeper, gas fireplace, TV and DVD player. The large kitchen with dishwasher is open to the dining room and you can walk out into your private 3 season porch for a relaxing sit before dinner. The home also comes complete with a washer and dryer.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 6 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation. Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay. American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover only.
