Relaxing vacation in the Smokies! Discover the fresh mountain air and breathtaking views from 'Serenity on Cedar'. Have a hot cup of coffee each morning watching the fog over the mountains cross the lake in quiet stillness. Read your favorite book from a rocking chair or hammock or delight in the company of your family and friends in our swings and deck furniture.
Six boats are provided for your paddling enjoyment or you may bring your own boat to dock here.

Situated on pictureque Cedar Cliff Lake, just north of Cashiers and a few miles south of Sylva, North Carolina, our mountain lake cabin is the essence of tranquility for peace seeking travelers and family vacation fun. This gorgeous, yet serene, 2 mile long lake is fed by the Tuckasegee River and is a favorite for fishermen and boaters preferring a more private setting. Just added WIRELESS BROADBAND INTERNET!!!
From it's breathtaking mountain view, relax and enjoy the serenity from one of two decks or from the spacious, wraparound covered porch. You may want to lounge around one of the cozy rock fireplaces or fully experience nature from a canoe, recreational kayak, or rowboat. All of these are provided for your mountain vacation enjoyment. Feel free to use the oars or bring your own motor. A boat slip adjacent to the cabin is available for your own personal boat as well (including motor boats and jet skis). Pontoon and fishing boat rentals are available nearby.
Our cabin is located within close proximity to the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Dillsboro, the Great Smoky Mountain Railway, the Cherokee Indian Reservation, Harrah's Casino, Smokey Mountain National Park, Maggie Valley, Western Carolina University (WCU) in Cullowhee, North Carolina. Only one hour away is Asheville, North Carolina and the Biltmore House.

ENTIRE CABIN (sleeps 10; one king, two queens, five twins, & full-size sleeper sofa) .. $200-400/night .. $1000-$2800/week.
MAIN LEVEL & LOFT AREA (sleeps 7, one king, one queen, three twins) .. $250-350/night .. $1000-$1800/week. Off season only.

Two wood burning rock fireplaces, air conditioning, gas grill, laundry room, two satellite TV's with news, sports and movie channels, VCR, DVD, CD Player, two fully furnished kitchens including cooking utensils, microwaves, refrigerators with ice makers, stoves and a dishwasher. For babies, we have a high chair and playpen available. Linens are also provided. Canoe, four recreational kayaks, one rowboat, oars, life jackets, boat slip, wireless internet. Local pottery sold from cabin.
